4.2 Service Providers:
• Provide accurate and honest information during registration and while listing services.
• Perform tasks professionally and diligently.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
5. Registration and Branch Management
• Service providers are required to register their business on the platform, specifying each branch they wish to operate.
• Each branch must be registered individually, and applicable fees will be charged for every branch added to the platform.
• If a service provider operates multiple branches, each branch must maintain its own profile, ensuring that services are managed independently and accurately represented.
6. Fees and Payments
• Fees for services are displayed transparently on the platform and agreed upon before service initiation.
• TaskHubSA facilitates payments via secure channels and charges a service fee for platform usage.
• Service providers will receive payments after successful completion and confirmation of tasks.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Service seekers may cancel requests before a service provider begins the task, subject to cancellation fees where applicable.
• Cancellation Fee: In cases of subscription cancellations, service providers will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the remaining subscription amount for the remaining months of the agreed term.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of non-performance or unsatisfactory service, as determined after a formal review process.
